Note: This Sample can only be run with Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, please follow the instructions step by step:
Run eps1k_full.exe to install ePass1000 driver and component, you may need to restart your computer after finishing installation
Please initialize your ePass1000 token using epsAspInit_1000.exe(This tool will create necesary directory and files into the token, you can skip this step if you have done it before). Your input key will be your token secret key (fig. 1). You can type maximum to 16 digit characters. Secret key is an additional security information that will be encrypted and save inside the token. During Authentication the secret key will also be checked on top of your User ID.

If the initialization is succeed then there will be confirmation show as fig.2

If then you are prompted with some kind of warning that your user is already exist as shown in fig.3, just ignore it.

Run ePass1000 editor ep1kEdit.exe to create a User ID file. You should create a 8 byte file and the file id should be 3. This step is a long process, If you need step by step explanation how to create the file please click this link and follow the instructions. Please note that everytime you do initialization at step 2 you have to do this step again.
